Registration for membership and other Institute’s examinations has several application forms to input your personal data, the lists are highlighted below; you are advised to choose the one applicable to you to complete your registration. You have the choice to use the online registration forms or download the PDF forms, fill and submit to the Institute’s headquarters or the designated Co – Ordinators.<\/span><\/div>\n
